Some time ago I started the “Gratitude Initiative” at Crimson Design. This project encourages our team to write thank you notes and express gratitude, whenever the feeling strikes, to anyone and everyone in their lives.
The quality of our designs rely heavily on the quality of the vendors we work with on a daily basis. They’re always new product lines coming out so we end up spending a lot of time with our vendor reps to stay up to date and current. We recently hosted a "Vendor Blendor" to spend some time with our reps and look at their new lines.
Crimson has made giving back to the community central to its business. Crimson donates a portion of all client fees to various non-profit organizations. One of these organizations includes Thirst Relief.
I had the pleasure of being a speaker at the recent Interior Design Summit in High Point, North Carolina. I centered my presentation on how I have grown Crimson Design group with intention and a focus on giving back to others.
