Corporate OfficeCommercial Project

A long time client gave us a new request: “Make our offices feel like an extension of home, not just the typical ‘place we go to work.’” And so we began to design a completely unique office environment.

We began the project by building two eight-feet tall doors made of reclaimed oak. We wanted the two-story lobby to feel grand yet inviting, so we added a fireplace and custom-built a lobby desk wrapped in a warm mustard tufted leather. We transformed the kitchen from so much more than just an eating-place; we created a gathering-place, complete with a custom sectional designed to give the staff an area to eat, work, and meet outside their individual offices and workstations. For meetings occurring in the conference room, we took a departure from the expected and custom designed and built a dining room table, paired with high back, tufted leather chairs.

In designing the CEO’s office, we made sure that every luxury he had at home was also experienced at work. We added private bathrooms with full showers, designed a desk to look like a handsome table, and created bookcases, complete with a hidden door to a private hallway and bathroom. When he mentioned his favorite spot in a local restaurant, we recreated it, complete with a custom, curved booth; it’s both familiar and intimate.
